The mission of ECPA is to promote safe, enjoyable general aviation related activities in the East Cooper area of the South Carolina Lowcountry. Our nearly 100 members share a passion for aviation, and strive to advance its benefits by interacting with local, state and federal aviation agencies, and our local communities. We provide a friendly, social environment to help build camaraderie and impart safe flying habits among our pilots, and offer an open forum for the free exchange of aviation ideas, experience and knowledge. Anyone with a passion for aviation can join ECPA, pilots and non-pilots alike!
The East Cooper Pilots Association is based at Mt. Pleasant Regional Airport - Faison Field (KLRO),
Mt. Pleasant, SC.
Anyone can join ECPA (pilot or non-pilot). We have small annual dues, several membership meetings each year and we conduct fun flights to various locations throughout the year.
